DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

At A4 Community Care Services we understands the importance of timely and efficient delivery/shipping to ensure that our customers receive the necessary food items. We prioritize delivery orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other events beyond our control. We also offer free delivery on orders over $100 to help reduce costs for our customers. In addition, we are committed to providing accurate tracking information and resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery/shipping process. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that our customers receive their food items in a timely and satisfactory manner.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

At A4 Community Care Services, we understand that sometimes things don't always go as planned. However, when it comes to the food we provide, we must prioritize the health and safety of our clients. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or returns on any food that is purchased from our facility.

Our policy reflects our commitment to ensuring that all of the food we distribute is safe and of the highest quality. We take great care to ensure that all of the products we offer are within their use-by dates, and we carefully inspect all items before they are made available to our customers.

Additionally, we believe that it is important for our customers to be mindful of the food they are selecting and to make informed decisions about what they choose to take home. We encourage our customers to carefully inspect all items before making their selections and to ask our staff if they have any questions or concerns.

We understand that there may be occasions where a customer is dissatisfied with a product or believes that it is unsafe to consume. In these instances, we encourage our customers to speak with our staff so that we can address their concerns and ensure that they have access to safe and nutritious food.
