A4 Community Care Services offer this amazing "FOOD PARCEL" for its members. Every member receives a whole variety of fresh fruit, veggies and and pantry food.

Our $40:00 Food Parcels include the following, but can change without notice according to the seasons and foods that are available.

1. The Dry Goods include!

• Cereals

• Rice

• Pasta

• Crackers/biscuits

• Chocolate

• Spices

• Canned food

• Cooking powders/sauces

• Soft drinks/juice

• Snack bars

• Long life milk

2. The Refrigerated/Frozen & Fresh Goods include!

• Meat (Chicken, mince, beef, lamb, sausages, kebabs, fish. Amount given & type is dependent on availability)

• Bread

• Vegetables (Tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, beans, carrots, potatoes, celery, eggplant. Amount given & type is dependent on availability)

• Fruit (Mangoes, bananas, apples, grapes, pears, oranges. Amount given & type is dependent on availability)

• Fresh milk

• Cheese

• Yogurt 

• Frozen desserts

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: We cannot guarantee that the same products will be there every week, as we take in different stock weekly. Products included in the food parcel are not up for individual sale. Products included in the food parcel cannot be swapped/traded for any other product or more of another product.
